A World War 2 veteran traveled across the country to taste an ice cream named after him at Harper’s Ice Cream in Phoenix. Cletis Bailey came from Tennessee to a true heroes welcome, with the ice cream shop fully decorated with pictures of him and the shop owner, Doug Harper, and signs recognizing his service.
