reporting 30 collisions so far. this morning it was 30 to 40 collisions an hour as people struggled to drive in this type of weather. this morning's commutes were terrible and the wrecks continue to come in the day with collisions on every bay area roadway before noon. people blame bad driving. >> people lose their minds when it rains. >> i think one accident, they see they get nervous and they don't realize they're going to possibly create the next one. >> reporter: this hit and run crash in san leandro sent one person to the hospital. too many drivers don't change the way they driv...
