Cllr Catrin Miles has previously identified Williams Row as a particular area of concern. “It’s not the people living in this street who are responsible for leaving this waste there,” she told colleagues. A CARDIGAN town councillor has stepped up her campaign to highlight difficulties in accessing the town’s new Integrated Health Centre. Cllr Sian Maehrlein maintains the elderly and people without transport struggle to get to the facility at Rhodfa’r Felin – an issue made worse by the lack of frequent buses. She has now proposed the re-introduction of taxi tokens to enable patients to travel to and from the centre. “I’ve sent in photos and done all the legwork – I cannot see how anyone can do anything different to what I’ve done,” she told colleagues. ....
