Just talk to William Venanzio, aka "Captain Scallywag," operator of a pirate-themed food truck that makes its home at Coconut Barrel, an artisan flea market at 3175 U.S. 1 South in St. Augustine. The business' parking lot houses a rotating schedule of mobile canteens, serving specialty items from German cuisine to YAMO, an Italian street food concept.
