A Hampton County, Virginia, grand jury has indicted Cory Bigsby for allegedly murdering his 4-year-old son, Codi Bigsby, and attempting to hide his body.

Cory Bigsby was indicted by a grand jury in Virginia on charges of murder and concealment of a dead body in connection with the death of his 4-year-old son Codi Bigsby.

According to court documents, Bigsby killed his son, 4-year-old Codi Bigsby, sometime around June 18, 2021. Codi wasn't reported missing until seven months later.
