The family works on weeknights and weekends at Walsh Family Farms cultivating such produce as radishes, kale and tomatoes and has simply sold the items to the public at a roadside stand near their home. But this year, they wanted to do more. âThe real benefit we saw with this is that the farmers market serves as an effective means to set up a time and space to connect with the local community,â Coilin Walsh said. âAnd itâs close to where you are, and that was a big reason we decided to join.â ....
