AERIAL photographs show the extent to which a gigantic pile of ash is blighting the North Hampshire countryside with villagers calling for action. Barton Stacey and Longparish residents are objecting to plans submitted by Fortis IBA Ltd to build a 5m-high concrete storage area for incinerator bottom ash aggregate (IBAA) at the Enviropark on the A303, which is produced as a by-product of waste incinerators.
