The collateral attack we're talking about. what happens is, now in order -- they rely on out-of-state, pro bono lawyers to help these people. the state doesn't fund it. and so what happens is, they have to have a local lawyer so they can appear what is called prohock, sign n. but that local lawyer does nothing in the case. all they do sign a piece of paper that the pro bono lawyers from out-of-state come and handle the case. that is all they do. and he never knew and the local lawyer never knew that the out-of-state lawyers quit. and they never --. jenna: question, let me jump in and ask you t...
