COLUMBUS — The Ohio Department of Commerce is urging all on-premises liquor permit holders to verify eligibility and apply for financial assistance at businesshelp.ohio.gov by Wednesday, Dec. 30 (tomorrow). The state set aside a total of $38.7 million in federal CARES Act funding to support businesses that have an active on-premises liquor permit. Eligible businesses include bars, restaurants, private clubs, movie theaters and sports and concert venues.
