I do remember when we were here last year the question about the windows came up. Windows seem to be very important in the block because it took me 68 weeks to get approval just to change two windows in the front of my house. So i am wondering if this is a precedent that is being set that work can be done without permit and once it is done, then an appeal for approval is then made.
