Ken Paxton’s recent lawsuit against the City of Killeen over its marijuana ordinance is the latest, but not the only, legal battle that the city is waging in Bell County
Paxton has also launched lawsuits against Austin, San Marcos, Elgin, and Denton for "adopting amnesty and non-prosecution policies that violate laws concerning marijuana possession and distribution."
