Kind of empathy if you had a baby in the nicu. do you know what i mean? we all have different experiences that lead us to news making decisions. i must say i m really proud of the fact that a lot of news rooms, including mine, have a list of divorce services, the dhs force, i m serving on this task force nationally, where we talk about how we make a more inclusive journalism program. and better news rooms that stick for our entire community. i mean, you do have to have a whole community building type efforts within your community as journalists. and so, i think, always questioning is something that we always do. and really, again, the idea of bringing your full humanity to spaces. knowing that, again, you are a journalist for everyone. you have a certain lens. yes, very thankful we get to do that here, every week on the cross connection. roland, i m sorry, we are way overtime. i know roland, people told me not to say brother on air, so ....
