SWEETWATER COUNTY — The Sweetwater County Commissioners will consider approval Tuesday for the county to apply for the Wyoming Business Council for a Rural Development Grant to assist small businesses in recovering from the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic. If approved, the grant award would be used to assist small businesses in Sweetwater County recover from the pandemic by providing consulting sessions and a webinar in collaboration with “Entrepreneurial Communities”. Converse County Commissioners distributed $216,000 to various organizations throughout the county via the Community Charitable Relief Program (CCRP) during a special meeting Monday evening.
