Supervisor said, Second Street is becoming the kind of main street of this district and there are streets what were going to have to maintain as kind of through streets to get to the bridge or whatever but this is an important street to think about as our main street and the street that is not only works for cars and buses but for bicycleists and pedestrians and businesses and for people just to hangout and i want to thank the mayor for his leadership and the supervisor for pushing us on this and my colleagues and all the agencies and staff of my department for getting us to this point and making this project happen. Thank you, all. [applause] so outside of the city agencies there are Many Community partners that also joined us in creating division for the improvements to Second Street and many of the other

Something about how the changes in the board has approached the budget itself in terms of the addbacks over time. This is showing you the number of addbacks, meaning individual line items in the boards restoration package at the end of the day, backed by year back over time. Its also showing you in the cross hatch bars here, the number of addbacks that are under 50. You can see a remarkable increase in the number of addbacks that the board has allocate through the budget process over time. As high as consistently over 200, as high as 250 different line items in recent years, compared to historical norms in a prior period of under 100. What this means is the allocations that the board is making are increasingly narrow and specific. You see the number of small addbacks increasing. I think this tells us something about how and the question it raises for me is how the board wants to balance what youre trying to do with the allocation process itself. Are you trying to allocate money for dif ....

That a lot of other debtors are owed money including the i. R. S. , which has priority. So were not higher priority than the i. R. S. , unfortunately. So well monitor that and appear at hearings for the city. Payit plans are up to date. And on pages 5 and 6, you can see our customary charts that list the caseload statistics in graphic form. I will take any questions. Commissioners . Commissioner chiu . Yes. In your write up, the new York City Campaign finance board, the director talked about using data to investigate and uncover wrongdoing. Is that something that we could do here . I think so, yes. We track and require disclosure of a lot of the same information and we dump it into a portal called s. F. Open data, where we can put in criteria and search. To some extent, my investigators are doing that already, but i did get ideas from that speaker of what to look for and the data and she gave a couple of examples to get at dar ....

One of the things that we didnt start with and weve really grown in to is who we are and in 2017 we defined wellbeing as living and feeling and being better every day and understanding that when we do that there are things that happen today, today we have more energy and we feel better and thats where you really see those enhancements on your productivity and tomorrow, hopefully those things accumulate and in to us preventing Health Conditions and berman age Health Conditions and in the longterm really allowing our quality of life to improve and so thats where our mission came from. On slide 14, you have those factors that are associated with wellbeing and a list of the some of the programs we offer to address them and you will get my usual overly long annual report in the new year that summarize those programs and how theyve been doing and we report on them as they com ....

Wellbeing score on the productivity measures so what you see is that people who are reporting that they are less productive because of these factors have a lower wellbeing and it differenters so a lot of people are saying that they have too much to do and that is impacting their ability to be productive. And that does have a detrimental effect on their wellbeing bringing it down to an average of 67 points, our over all average is 74 so it brings it down a bit. So there are other factors like depression, problems with your supervisor that when people report those their wellbeing decreases substantially more to 53 or 54 so lots of different factors impacting productivity but they impact over all wellbeing a different level so lots going on on that slide and its very interesting. A lot of opportunities there for us. Slide 9, just dont look at it for a second, just listen. Its a little bit of a mess but basically theres research that looked at is there a single cut point. So theres the sco ....
