History, in a nut shell, people are working harder, they are working longer hours, and they are getting paid less in real dollars. This is not true for corporate executives. The ceoworker pay ratio was 21 in 1965. Today it is more than 300 to 1. I am fine with paying for Exceptional Results and investing in talent. I believe in that but i believe the gaps in practices should be transparent. I think the state Investment Board can help.
