Wyo. students recognized by Wyoming congressional delegates 2021 Congressional awards gold medalists CHEYENNE, Wyo.- U.S. Senator John Barrasso, U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis, and Congresswoman Liz Cheney recognized 47 outstanding Wyoming youth for earning bronze, silver and gold Congressional Awards. The medal ceremony was held at the Cheyenne Civic Center on April 18, 2021. Natrona County’s Abby Boatman was among the recipients.
