florida say at least nine people, including a one year old child, were wounded in a shooting on monday evening. it happened near a busy pedestrian area by the beach in south florida. here, you can see people starting to run after gunfire broke out. police believe the shots were fired during an altercation between two groups of people. they ve detained one person of interest, and are searching for another suspect. officials held a press conference earlier. people come to a holiday, enjoy a holiday weekend on the beach with their families. and to have people, incomplete reckless disregard of the safety of the public, and you have an altercation with guns in a public setting with thousands of people around them is beyond reckless. it s unfortunate when we have law abiding citizens come to our beach to enjoy the day, and gets disrupted by a group of criminals who engage in this type of violent activity. as the mayor stated, we will leave no stone unturned. we have numerou ....
