The Danbury Athletic Youth Organization (DAYO) and their efforts in mentoring our city s youth make me proud to be a resident of Danbury. This organization was formed in 1978. DAYO s current president and tireless leader is Nick Kaplanis. DAYO has countless past and current volunteer s that support their youth programs. But I like the one closest to my heart is our church (Jesus is the way) on Main Street called the Ministry of Love.
