Anthony Spence, 39, of Kingsfield Leaze, Bradford on Avon, was sentenced at Salisbury Crown Court yesterday (28/06). He had previously pleaded guilty to two charges of sexual activity with a person with a mental disorder involving care workers. Salisbury Law Courts and inset, Amanda Elliott A FORMER council worker who stole more than £11,000 from "vulnerable" adults has been jailed for 15 months. Amanda Elliott, aged 49, worked at Wiltshire Council in its court of protection team supporting adults with financial affairs. Between April 2017 and January 2019, Elliott stole a total of £11,028 from eight of her clients to pay off her credit card and parking fines, in addition to buying goods.
