Article content Claude Castonguay, the “Father of Medicare” and one of the inspirations behind the Quiet Revolution, has died at the age of 91. Along with Jacques Parizeau, Michel Bélanger and Claude Morin, he was one of the main architects of the Quiet Revolution.
