For the welding and the fabrication we have done well keeping up on that and almost now almost 170 cast nodes i think its 170. I have to do the math quick. Sometimes confused with rent control. Rent control is not necessarily meaning the units are affordable. Rent control means that you dont get the significant increase in your rent. Your landlord is only able to raise your rent by a small percentage compared to those that dont have rent controlled units.
