LAS VEGAS – Retired Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh locked himself in a storage shed moments before the Connecticut fire that killed him, according to authorities. In a report released Tuesday, New London Fire investigators revealed Hsieh had made a camp with a blanket in the shed full of pool noodles and beach chairs. The Connecticut state medical examiner’s office said Hsieh, who lived in Las Vegas, died Nov. 27 after being rescued and hospitalized following a fire in New London, Connecticut, on Nov. 18.
