USDA Increases Incentives For Continuous CRP Sign-Up The USDA has increased incentive payments for conservation practices implemented on land enrolled in the Continuous Conservation Reserve Program (CRP.) The USDA is "upping the Practice Incentive Payment for installing practices, from 5 to 20 percent.
