Bourne official complains to state about Open Meeting Law violation
BOURNE — The chair of the Bourne Planning Board filed a complaint with the state attorney general's office earlier this month, saying that a member of his board had violated the state's Open Meeting Law. “I really felt I had no other choice but to file the complaint,” board Chair Steven Strojny said Thursday. He acknowledged the situation is "a distraction" that is a "shame and embarrassment" to the board, which has many other agenda items and projects to work on.
