BOURNE — The chair of the Bourne Planning Board filed a complaint with the state attorney general's office earlier this month, saying that a member of his board had violated the state's Open Meeting Law. “I really felt I had no other choice but to file the complaint,” board Chair Steven Strojny said Thursday.
