Corena Minjarez and Jesus Dominguez have both been arrested by police in Pueblo, Colo., after the remains of a 10-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl were found in a suitcase in the trunk of a car and a storage unit, respectively.
Remains found in a metal container filled with hardened concrete and a suitcase belonged to two children who were last seen in summer 2018, the Pueblo Police Department announced Friday.
