Tennessee Titans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair has played against Seattle coach Pete Carroll long enough to know the Seahawks will be ready to play Sunday. Just ignore that the Seahawks won an emotional game Monday night, downing Philadelphia 20-17. The Seahawks may be sitting just outside the NFC's seventh and final playoff spot, but they're among five teams tied at 7-7 after snapping a four-game skid.
