Nicholas Ochs, formerly of Huntington County, is in custody with the Federal Bureau of Investigation due to involvement in the riot that occurred at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday, Jan. 6. Ochs, who currently resides in Hawaii, has been arrested for violating Title 18 of the United States Code, “Unlawful Entry into Restricted Buildings or Grounds.” According to the Cornell Law School website, 18 U.S. Code 1752 (a) states several instances in which the code may be broken.
