Cotterman Center key in cases against 'Pillowcase Rapist'
One survivor of South Florida's so-called 'Pillowcase rapist' in the 1980s hopes others come forward to tell their stories to keep the 'monster' behind bars forever. The Nancy J. Cotterman Center in Fort Lauderdale played a role when the Broward Sheriff's Office filed six arrest warrants for Robert Eugene Koehler, the suspect being held in Miami-Dade County on other rape charges.
