Instituted rigorous security measures to try and prevent this kind of thing from ever happening again. i mean, rigorous measures. financial analysis of everybody's finances, disclosures required, all kinds of things monitoring the computer systems, who's looking where they shouldn't like. somehow, this evaded detection. i think when you're talking about somebody at a senior executive level of who's supposed to be looking at counterintelligence cases, they're supposed to be directing the opening of cases, it becomes even more difficult to detect that something is amiss here. so i'm eager to see...
