The Department of Labor Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs received a FOIA request from the Center for Investigative Reporting for Type 2 Consolidated EEO 1 Reports for 2016 to 2020 filed by federal contractors. The OFCCP extended the objection deadline to March 3, 2023.
OFCCP is extending the deadline for contractors to respond to the EEO-1 FOIA notice. The new deadline is October 19, 2022 to ensure Covered Contractors have time to ascertain if they are covered and submit objections. OFCCP will now email contractors it believes are covered.
