Men are on lockdown for 23 hours a day. Theyre handcuffed and escorted by officers. Gerald samuels is being held for an assault on an officer. After that, it is hell from there. Went to county jail and got out for that and got another gun charge and got out now, i got violation for access i thought that was positive.
