Many establishments including restaurants (close at 11 p.m. and eight-person table limit), retail stores, offices, gyms and houses of worship will revert to normal capacity limits. Previously the state was planning for front-line essential workers and people with certain pre-existing medical conditions to be next on the eligibility list.
