Good morning right off the over pass, shoulder here, at 12th street, and 49, a and just behind us, the response to this record that happened short time ago becomes 2 40 this morning as you can see the dump portion of the truck still clogging the southbound lanes of 495 here, on the scene here, there are firetrucks delaware dot there is also the delaware state police, all responding to this crash here.
