The worst of Tropical Storm Idalia has come and gone, and now a sunny and pleasant day is in store.
With Idalia pushing into North Carolina, state leaders at the Emergency Operations Center spoke Wednesday about plans in place ahead of the storm.
“We are continuing to monitor Idalia’s course and its potential impacts on our state and it’s critical to make sure we are fully prepared,” Governor Roy Cooper said.
