Burlington, IA- Carl A. Nelson & Company has announced a leadership transition that will prepare the 113-year-old design-build, construction management, and general contracting firm for the future. During its annual meetings on May 10th and 11th, the Board of Directors voted to appoint Chris Smith to the role of President. He will succeed Tim Seibert, who served as president for 16 years.
