not a lot of people out as we travel the outer loop looking at between whitemarsh boulevard and providence boulevard. not a lot going on out there. however, downtown, they are still working on the gas main at north charles street at west eager street, has the left lane blocked, probably won't impact the commute much. about to pick up that harbor tunnel lane closure, that harbor tunnel northbound tube closed with two-way traffic in the southbound tube. and route 70, and route 1, there's downed trees, so expect a detour and use caution. 95 southbound through howard county, it is indeed...
