Sun Life U.S. and the Maine Celtics joined together at the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Maine today for Fit to Win, a program that helps kids embrace health and fitness. Based on the program that Sun Life runs in partnership with the Boston Celtics, the Fit to Win event engaged kids in healthy activities such as smoothie making and exercise routines, and educated them on mindfulness with journal writing. The event concluded with the kids learning a fun dance from the Maine Celtics Hype Team.
Sun Life U.S. and the Boston Celtics closed out the 10th year of Fit to Win last week, an annual program that engages kids at participating YMCAs and helps them learn about and embrace fitness and healthy lifestyle habits.
