A U.S. senator from Kentucky on Wednesday blocked the New Jersey lawmakers' pledge to increase privacy protections for judges following the fatal shooting at federal judge Esther Salas’ North Brunswick home this year. Sen. Bob Menendez of New Jersey called on the Senate to expedite a bill that would protect judges' home addresses from public disclosure. But Sen.
