Daniel Auster, 44, was found dead on Tuesday from a suspected accidental drug overdose, nine days after he was arrested following the fentanyl death of his baby daughter, Ruby.
It's unclear which subway station he was found in but he was taken to the Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn where he died on Tuesday.
