BLACKSTONE – After a turbulent year that included the fallout from the pandemic and an investigation into the proposed use of relief funds, Blackstone will start the year with a new acting town administrator. The Board of Selectmen voted last Tuesday, Dec. 22, to approve an agreement with Greg Balukonis to serve as the town’s part-time acting administrator.
