Virginia added 3,160 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday as the Lord Fairfax Health District added 155. The health district, which covers Winchester and the counties of Clarke, Frederick, Page, Shenandoah and Warren, also added three hospitalizations and one new death. The hospitalizations were recorded in Frederick, Shenandoah and Page, according to the Virginia Department of Healthâs online dashboard at vdh.virginia.gov/coronavirus.
