Bordentown City hoping to work with new developer on Ocean Spray site
BORDENTOWN CITY — The old Ocean Spray facility at 104 Park Street has another new owner, delaying a redevelopment plan that has been in the works for years, according to city Commissioner Jim Lynch. Ocean Spray left the 60-acre property and 480,000-square-foot facility in 2014. Hamilton-based developer Daniel Popkin bought it for more than $10 million and worked with the city on a redevelopment plan.
