Plenty of questions surrounding Birmingham's newest potential bistro caused the city's planning board to delay moving the project forward. The planning board voted during its Feb. 24 meeting to delay a decision on the special land use and final site plan for the proposed Vinewood Kitchen & Cocktails bistro restaurant at 720 N.
