Students housemates under arrest. Friends held a vigil tonight on the campus in fredericksburg for a 20yearold 28year old man. Reporter is very silent here tonight. You can see behind me a memorial set up by her friends and students. They were here in large numbers to show their respect. This was set up by the friends and fellow students, not by the university. We had trouble getting them to comment a little bit. Everyone is shattered here. Students laid flowers and cry at a memorial for grace man.
