Sterling Police Department makes arrests for assault, theft
The following are reports from local law enforcement agencies. All defendants are presumed innocent until found guilty. STERLING POLICE DEPARTMENT Oct. 9 At 11:10 a.m. Dustin Langley, 36, was issued a citation in the 500 block of W. Main St. for failure to appear. At 4:00 p.m. Todd Barker, 53, was issued a citation in the 400 block of N. Fourth St. for theft. At 6:03 a.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of Hereford Ave. for a trespass.
