Several residents have taken it upon themselves to erect a Little Free Library, the idea behind it being that you take a book or leave a book — like a library, but without having to check materials out or pay late fees when you forget they are due. Danielle Ray Correspondent What began as a seemingly simple mission to build and donate desks to underprivileged students learning from home has grown into a movement that has produced more than 100 desks, with plans to build 100 more.
