Serbian premier Europe's 1st to get COVID-19 vaccine

BELGRADE, Serbia
The Serbian prime minister on Thursday received BioNTech and Pfizer’s coronavirus vaccine showing that the vaccine is valid and officially launching the country’s vaccination campaign against coronavirus.
Ana Brnabic along with Social Policy Minister Darija Kisic Tepavcevic received the vaccine as a sign of trust.
Brnabic has become the first European prime minister to receive the vaccine.
She said that today marks the beginning of the end of the coronavirus.
“I felt obliged to be the first to receive the vaccine, in order to show that we believe in this vaccine,” Brnabic stressed.
On Tuesday, 4,875 doses of the BioNTech/Pfizer vaccine arrived in Serbia. ....

Serbia: Covid test for foreigners entering the country - Politics - Nuova Europa


(ANSA) - BELGRADE, 15 DIC - Foreign citizens will not enter
Serbia without a negative PCR test carried out no later than 48
hours before entry. Serbian citizens will instead be able to
enter the country without first having undergone the test but
will have to stay in quarantine, which they can interrupt once
they decide to take the test. Serbian daily Politika reported
today.
The Minister of Labor, Employment, Veterans and Social
Policies, Darija Kisic-Tepavcevic - according to the newspaper -
said that the government would enforce these restrictive
measures from December 20. and they will probably last until
January 10, depending on the epidemiological situation. The test ....
