West Point, IA- Authorities are continuing their search for a missing West Point man. West Point Police Chief Brad Roberts told the Pen City Current that search efforts are continuing for 54-year-old Darren E. Bunnell of West Point, who was last seen on June 12th. Bunnell was last seen by a mail delivery worker walking on 240th Avenue north of West Point. According to police, a missing person's report for Bunnell was filed on June 15th by members of his family who live near Ottumwa. Chief Roberts says he does not expect foul play but also has few leads as to Bunnell's whereabouts other than the mail worker sighting. Anyone with knowledge of Bunnell's whereabouts is urged to contact either the West Point Police Department or the Lee County Sheriff's Office.
