The city of Kodiak has started the process of potentially selling a plot of land adjacent to Fort Abercrombie State Historical Park to the state of Alaska.  The Kodiak City Council adopted a resolution last week to move forward with an application for funds necessary to sell a 77.55-acre parcel to the state. The land stretches from Abercrombie Drive to Otmeloi Way on both sides of Monashka Road.
